Wilbur, Frederick: -

Frederick Wilbur has been a professional woodcarver for thirty years, producing both original and restoration work in a wide variety of styles. He has received the Architectural Woodwork Institute's Award of Excellence and his work can by admired in many prestigious public buildings throughout the United States. He has written for many of the leading woodcarving magazines and his two previous books, Carving Architectural Detail in Wood and Carving Classical Styles in Wood, are also published by GMC. He lives in a rural town in Virginia, USA.
