This book tells the story of the varied operations in which the little ships of Britain and her allies were involved, and also of the vessels and the men who crewed them.
David Jefferson was one of the last to serve in the peacetime Royal Navy Coastal Forces and now writes regularly for the yachting press. He is the author of a number of books on sailing and cruising for Adlard Coles, Stanford Maritime and Sheridan House. He lives in Sussex.
