Alexander Kott works as a program manager for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the US government's main research and development department. Defense Department. Much of his work focuses on cutting-edge command and control information technology. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a doctorate. Later in his career, he led R&D organizations at firms such as Carnegie Group, Honeywell, and BBN.
