He is the founder of the online singing community, The Sofa Singers, to help people combat feelings of isolation during the pandemic. As a facilitator, James regularly works with senior leaders at some of the world's biggest companies using the singing experience to build connections, support wellbeing and spark joy. He has spoken at TEDx Manchester, the DO Lectures, One Track Minds and Creative Mornings in NYC.
