Julia Hubery was born in Stamford and trained as an architect. She loves the countryside and nature and finds it a pool of inspiration to draw upon in her writing. Julia lives in Gosport with her husband and children. A Friend Like You is her second book for Little Tiger Press. Caroline Pedler lives in St Agnes in Cornwall and has been illustrating children's books since 1999. She also paints on canvas and exhibits her work in galleries. She has illustrated Little Pip and the Rainbow Wish and There's No Such Thing As Monsters! for Little Tiger Press.
