Geronimo Stilton, Rattus Emeritus of Mousomorphic Literature and Neo-Ratonic Comparative Philosophy, was born in New Mouse City, Mouse Island. He is the editor of The Rodent's Gazette, the most widely circulated daily newspaper in New Mouse City. For his scoops on The Curse of the Cheese Pyramid and The Hunt for Sunken Treasure, Stilton was awarded the Ratitzer Award. He also won the Anderson Award for Personality of the Year in 2001.
