Present-day and a young orphan is celebrating her fifteenth birthday, all seems well until the Manors resident caretaker hands her a gift. A gift that comes with more questions than answers. R J Webb is a thirty-six-year-old Flight Attendant from Southsea, Hampshire. She grew up on the Isle of Wight and spent her early career working with children and adults with physical and learning disabilities and still dedicates time to volunteering projects to give a little back. She has travelled around the world and has lived and worked in numerous countries including Australia, New Zealand, the USA and France. This is her debut novel.
