Melissa Stewart has written more than 50, and edited more than 200 science books for children. Her degrees in biology and science journalism testify to her ability and desire to make science come alive. Melissa's work has garnered many awards, including the National Science Teachers Association Recommended Title and the New York Public Library's Books for the Teen Age.
