Nietzsche for Beginners by Marc Sautet

Entering the twenty-first century, we stand on a higher plateau of knowledge than ever before, drawn from many discoveries since the coming of Christ into the world.
How does our newly acquired height of understanding affect our grasp of the prophetic word of God?
That is the question giving rise to this book.
Many in our generation have been diverted from a prior vision rooted in religious faith and the spiritual-moral dimension in which humanity was thought to have its being, turning instead to the alluring call of the scientifically understood universe, such as, but not limited to, that proposed by ancient astronaut investigators--all of them people of quality and high intentions--that human life originated among the stars with superior extra-terrestrial gods of technology as our genesis instead of the God transcending technology, the Almighty omnipresent Spirit above all gods, above all knowledge, Who declares of Himself, I am God, and there is none else, and of Whom it is written There came a voice out of the cloud, saying This is my beloved Son: hear him.
Remembering Jesus' promise that Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away, we discover instead that for us who stand this moment upon the higher plateau of knowledge the Scriptural realities of His words are more engulfing, more unimaginable and more wonderful than we ever dreamed
As a collection of diverse essays on Christian prophecy regarding both the future and secret present, the chapters of this volume may be read in any order. However, the full effect desired will not be felt until all the chapters are pondered.
