Paul Gayler has worked in some of London's most prestigious restaurants, including The Dorchester as Anton Mosimann's deputy, and as Head Chef at the renowned Inigo Jones. He is currently the Executive Chef at The Lanesborough. Author of several recipe books, Paul has won The Guild of Food Writers' Cookery Book of the Year, and has been nominated for an Andre Simon Award. He has also made guest appearances on television and radio, including BBC2's Saturday Kitchen and Radio 4's VegTalk, and was a consultant and judge on the ITV Chef of the Year programme.
