Sue Quinn is a cookbook author, food writer, and journalist who has won numerous awards. Her recipes and writings have appeared in the Telegraph, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, delectable, BBC Good Food, and Sainsbury's magazines, among other publications. She's written over a dozen cookbooks on anything from Japanese and Spanish cuisine to kids' cooking and healthy eating. She won the Fortnum & Mason Online Food Writing Award in 2016. She earned a qualification in chocolate tasting and traveled to Mexico to learn about the origins and history of chocolate at its source for the authoring of this chocolate book.
