Allie Clapp is the Food Director for Real Simple and has made frequent appearances on NBC's TODAY Show and The Early Show on CBS. She previously worked at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as co-host on the PBS series Everyday Food and was part of the Everyday Food launch team. She was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.
