Ellen has written over 20 cookbooks on many subjects from general to specialty titles. Her background as a highly qualified Home Economist has seen her employed by a number of leading advertising agencies and food companies. Over the past 20 years Ellen has also been a well respected teacher passing on her cooking skills to a new era of food professionals at Brookvale College in Sydney, Australia.
