Johnny Acton is an entrepreneurial writer/journalist whose career has included driving a mini-cab and writing obituaries for The Times. Brought up on a farm, Johnny is a keen advocate of sustainable and organic farming and he firmly believes in the importance of local, seasonal produce. Together, Johnny and Nick have written three books for Kyle Cathie Ltd - Soup, Mushroom and Preserved.
