Richard Schwartz (Missouri) is a Professor of English and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He has also taught at West Point and Georgetown, and is the author of six nonfiction books, including Nice and Noir: Contemporary American Crime Fiction.The second Jack Grant mystery, The Last Voice You Hear, has not been previously published. Look for it in trade paperback from Midnight Ink in June 2006.
