Rushworth M. Kidder PhD is the founder and president of the Institute for Global Ethics (www.globalethics.org) and a long-time columnist and senior editor for The Christian Science Monitor. Dr. Kidder works extensively on ethical issues with Ford, Accenture, Reuters, the US Coast Guard and other organizations.
