Deborah Morbin and Tracey Boomer originally took up decoupage as a hobby, but soon had a thriving business with a stream of commissions. Their business is still expanding, and they are constantly experimenting with new materials and techniques. They have presented courses and demonstrations for magazines, retail and product groups, and are regular contributors to craft magazines. They live in South Africa.
