Cooking, and an eclectic mix of food, have always played a large part of Lulu Grimes' life. She has worked as a chef on Madonna's Girlle Show Tour and as an assistant on Delia Smith's Winter Collection television series. Moving to Sydney from the UK, Lulu became a Food Editor and then Food Director of Murdoch Books. Lulu has worked on the Food of series, Food the Essential A to Z Guide and the Cordon Bleu series. Currently she is researching the next title in the Food of series, The Food of Thailand. She lives in London.
