This third edition of "Certificate in Child Care and Education" is a textbook for all students taking the CACHE Certificate in Child Care and Education (CCE). The chapters of the Student Book match the four-unit structure of the new CCE specification and includes two new option units. Case studies throughout each chapter aim to help students relate the course theory to practical work situations with children. An assessment section at the end of each unit helps students practise for the new external tests and key information is summarized in "Good Practice" sections to help students with revision.
