About Roger Smith

Roger Smith has spent his professional life working with and making use of statistics, latterly as Managing Director, Europe, of Nielsen Television Ratings, the leading worldwide source of viewing figures for broadcasters and advertisers. He has had a lifelong interest in Formula 1 and is the author of Haynes's Formula 1 Top Tens and Analysing Formula 1. He lives in Oxford.
