About Simon Askey

SIMON ASKEY is Deputy Director and Head of the Undergraduate Laws Programme within the University of London's International Programme, UK. He is currently a Visiting Lecturer in the Law of Torts at both Hong Kong University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China. IAN MCLEOD is Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Stirling, UK. He is the author of Legal Method, Legal Theory and Key Concepts in Law, all published by Palgrave Macmillan.
