Der Autor: Klaus Richter, geboren 1965 in Saarbrücken, Studium der Rechtswissenschaften in Saarbrücken und Bonn. 1997 Promotion an der Universität des Saarlandes. 1999 Mitarbeit am Lehrstuhl für Bürgerliches Recht und Rechtsgeschichte in Potsdam, seit Oktober 1999 Habilitand am Lehrstuhl für Zivil- und Wirtschaftsrecht und Institutionenökonomik an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
