Campaign Deals With Real Issues That Concern Servicemen And Women, Level 1 Is Aimed At Junior Ranks Including Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Junior Ncos And Young Officers.
Simon Mellor-Clark is the director of Mission English, a Spain-based company specialised in language training and testing for the military. Simon has worked extensively in ESP teaching, testing and materials design and is a NATO STANAG 6001 examiner for the Spanish Defence Language School and for Spain’s Guardia Civil. He started in the field of business English and went on to become Director of Studies of an International House executive school. He later specialised in ESP for the military by studying for an MSc in Teaching English for Specific purposes oriented towards military English. Yvonne Baker de Altamirano left university with a degree in Modern Languages. She has since spent the majority of her working life free-lance translating and English Language Teaching in Spain, collaborating in particular with the Spanish military. She has a number of qualifications in both fields, including an M.Ed.
