Juliet, who is a Chevalier de Taste Fromage and a member of the Guild de Fromagers, is the creator and chairman of both the British Cheese Awards and the New Zealand Cheese Awards. Roz Denny is a food writer and home economist with over 20 cookbooks to her name. She enjoys both using cheese in recipes and eating it on its own. She believes in simple, high quality cuisine, as demonstrated in her fabulous recipes.
