Will holds a masters degree in mentoring and counselling and is a qualified life coach. He is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Hypnotist and Time Line Therapy(R) Master Practitioner. He has authored and co-authored a number of books on coaching, managing workload and leadership in education. He heads up the training and coaching company Vision 4 Learning, which trains people in the skills of coaching and offers one-to-one personal and professional coaching.
