Cosmo and the Secret Spell by Gwyneth Rees

Cosmo the witch-cat is back, and he's got his paws full with his new brothers and sisters. Especially when the kittens accidentally fall under the kindly Frog-Witch’s spell and are turned into frogs themselves. Luckily, the clever witch says she knows how to turn them back. But before the Frog-Witch can even wiggle her wand, she and all Cosmo’s kitten brothers and sisters are kidnapped by a mysterious stranger with a sinister plan for the Witch’s special frog spells. Can Cosmo come up with the purr-fect way to stop him before it’s too late? Gigglesome, spooky fun and an utterly ribbeting read!
Gwyneth Rees is half Welsh and half English and was brought up in Scotland. She was a qualified child and adolescent psychologist until she turned to writing full-time. Gwyneth is the author of two earlier COSMO books, MERMAID MAGIC, the extremely popular FAIRY books, THE MUM HUNT (winner of the Younger Novel category at the Red House Children's Book Awards 2004), THE MUM DETECTIVE, THE MUM MYSTERY and THE MUM SURPRISE (WBD 2006), as well as MY MUM'S FROM PLANET PLUTO and THE MAKING OF MAY. Both Gwyneth and her books have a huge following. She now lives in London with her family and two cats.
