Originally a teacher and choreographer in the performing arts training professional dancers, she then studied psychology after which she spent nine years researching various approaches to managing emotions and stress, in the UK, California and Hawaii. The results of her studies and work is outlined in her books, written specifically for busy parents to apply practically.
