John Grant co-founded advertising agency St Luke's. He now works as a freelance marketing consultant. His impressive client list over the last three years includes Arthur Andersen, BT, Capco, Ericsson, GE Capital, Heineken, KWorld, SEB and the UK Cabinet Office, as well as numerous new technology and media start-ups. John is a frequent speaker at global conferences on marketing and has written articles for the Financial Times and Design Council. His previous book The New Marketing Manifesto was picked as one of the Ten Best Business Books of 1999 by Books Online and is one of the few Western marketing books to be published in China.
