Lynette Rohrer Shirk is a classically trained chef. She attended the California Culinary Academy's Professional Chef Program and she has worked in the kitchens of Wolfgang Puck's Postrio and Masa's. She has also worked in the pastry departments at Chez Panisse, Bizou, and Stars Palo Alto restaurants, as well as Williams-Sonoma, Inc.'s Corporate Headquarters. She lives in Lewisville, TX. She is the author of The Everything Classic Recipes Book.
