David R. Higgins is a military historian specializing in armoured warfare and the Eastern Front during Second World War. In addition to his many articles in military magazines, he has written several books including Panzer II vs 7TP: Poland 1939 and The Roer River Battles, and has appeared on television's Greatest Tank Battles. He lives in Columbus, Ohio.
