Oh, no: peer through the die-cut hole and you'll see that Fox has already snuggled up inside. Maybe the soft bed of leaves? Not there, because it's occupied by a family of prickly hedgehogs. But in the end Hare and Mouse find a home--and a good friend, too.
Rosalinda Kightley was born in North London. She earned a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration and worked as a designer at Walker Books. Eventually she was commissioned to illustrate her first series of baby board books and has been painting, drawing, cutting, and gluing ever since. (Apart from time off to produce 3 great children!)
