Ogedengbe, Kingsley: - First Aid Trainer and father of three, Kingsley Ogedengbe, has been successfully delivering paediatric and First Aid training courses to parents, school teachers, colleges, childminders and nurseries through his own company and various other well-known training companies. Originally from south-east London, Kingsley is a former British athlete, becoming Greater London 400 Metres Champion in 1989. He then moved on to study to become a life coach and personal trainer, specialising in diabetes and obesity management. In 2005 he launched the renowned Kimantra urban spa in London, which the Evening Standard voted one of London's top urban spas to visit. After eleven years in the beauty and spa world, he turned his attention to becoming a First Aid trainer, launching Primrose First Aid Training. Kingsley is a member of one of the UK's largest independent approved First Aid training centres, with Ofqual and SQA regulation. His style of teaching has earned him a reputation as a dynamic, creative and charismatic trainer.
