Anne is the author of many published cookbooks, covering a wide variety of subjects, and has been a consultant editor on many more. She has also written for national magazines and regularly works with leading companies within the food industry. Anne is a member of the prestigious Guild of Food Writers and the Institute of Consumer Sciences, incorporating Home Economics in the UK. She is the consultant editor of Fat-Free Italian Cooking (Lorenz Books), Guilt-Free, Fat-Free Cookbook and Pasta Light, both by published by Southwater.
