Giles Andreae is the author of some of Orchard's bestselling picture books: The Lion Who Wanted to Love won the Children's Book Award. Giles's book Giraffes Can't Dance was commended in the Sheffield Children's Book Award; Commotion in the Ocean was shortlisted for the Nottingham Children's Book Award. Giles lives in London with his wife and three children. Vanessa Cabban has illustrated several picture books for children. After obtaining a first class degree at Brighton University, Vanessa went on to study at the Royal College of Art. She now lives in Berwick-Upon-Tweed.
