Make and Play Dinosaurs by Margot Channing

Make five fantastically sturdy, simple models of dinosaurs . . . and then play with them for hours

Long before people lived on earth, dinosaurs roamed the land, flew in the air, and swam in the sea. Meet some of these fantastic prehistoric creatures, learn all about them, and build five cool models: Piplodocus, a herbivore with the longest tail of any animal ever; the Albertosaurus, a carnivore; the water-dwelling Plachochelys; the winged Pteranodon; and a dinosaur skeleton.

The colorful models are so easy to make: just push out the pieces, fit them together, and they're ready. Preschool children will enjoy bringing each dinosaur to life and using the stencils to create amazing pictures.
