Gareth Lewis B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc. MIPD is a management consultant who works in the field of management and organisational development. He has been involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of programmes and projects. A senior associate of the Institute of Management, over many years he has been involved in teaching and supporting people on learning programmes of various kinds across all sectors of industry, both in the UK and abroad. He was involved in the development of the Institute's Certificate and Diploma programmes, and the approach to mentoring within those programmes. As well as actively mentoring learners, Gareth has trained literally hundreds of mentors. He has written many books on management and presented papers at a number of conferences on the subject of mentoring.
