I absolutely love the layout of this casebook, in particular I like the guidance on reading cases sectionI also like the highlighted judge sections an excellent all-round casebook. * Jade-Amanda Laprote, student, City, University of London *
The step-by-step guidance on how to read cases in chapter 1 is incredibly unique and helpful. * Phillippa C Mckernan, student, Bournemouth *
I found the topics of terms and remedies most difficult during my studies. This book explains these topics in great detail through highlighting the key cases and their significance. I am impressed by the way in which the casebook does a good job of acquainting students with the relevant statutes. * Mohammad Imran Malik, student, Kings College London *
Well-written and in-depth, getting to the heart of the key issues and exploring different interpretations as to the effect of different decisions and reasoning. * Jeanette Ashton, Senior Lecturer, University of Brighton *
Pooles Casebook is, in my view, an excellent book. * Joan Upson, Senior University Teacher, University of Sheffield *
