Radical Forgiveness by Colin C Tipping

We all want life to be problem free and people to be kind to us. When it is otherwise, we tend to become resentful, guilty, fearful, distressed and even bitter. Using the principles of 'Radical Forgiveness Therapy', Colin Tipping has developed a way of helping people resolve apparent problems or situations by encouraging them to look at the assumptions underlying their distress. He shows, in an entirely practical way, how we can begin to work from the deepest part of ourselves and thus benefit ourselves as well as others. 'Radical Forgiveness Therapy' is indeed a radical approach to self-help - a bridge between the psychological and the spiritual. There is a strong emphasis on healing, Colin Tipping's workshops are those who wish to free themselves from anger, resentment, frustration or illness. 'I love this book.' Caroline Myss, PhD 'This superb book makes genuine forgiveness possible, enabling us to move beyond pain and heal our lives' John Bradshaw.
Colin Tipping is an experienced teacher, minister, counsellor, hypnotherapist and workshop leader. He was educated at London University and Middlesex University, where he taught for 10 years before emigrating to the USA in 1984. He has conducted workshops on Forgiveness for many years and is the founder of the Georgia Cancer Help Program and Together-We-Heal Inc, a non-profit making enterprise dedicated to emotional and spiritual healing.
