Jean Pare operated a successful catering business from her home in a small prairie town for 18 years before founding Company's Coming in 1981. Since then, she has become a familiar and trusted name in the kitchens of the nation. Ashley Billey is a certified Red Seal Chef and an award-winning food stylist. For over 15 years she has been assising in the creation more than 100 successful cookbooks. She draws inspiration from travelling the world discovering and tasting new food. James Darcy is a dedicated food folkoreist who has worked with the World Health Organization on studies in health and nutrition.
