Owen, Cliff: - Cliff Owen is a retired Program Coordinator of the Automotive Technology program at Griffin Technical College in Griffin, Georgia. He is currently an adjunct instructor with the same program and serves as a consultant to the Automotive Program at Flint River Technical College. He holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree and is an ASE Master Automotive Technician.
