Modris Eksteins is a multi-award-winning Canadian historian who is the author of several works, including Walking Since Dawn, Solar Dancing, and Boundaries of Reason. Several honors have been bestowed upon him, including the Ferguson Prize and the Trillium Book Award. Modris is a retired history professor at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
