Founder of the Matriarch Eats brand, journalist and author Anastasia Miari (@anastasia_miari ) has been cooking with and interviewing the world’s grandmothers for a decade. She holds a Guild of Food Writer’s Award for ‘inspired storytelling and great journalistic integrity.’ Mediterranea is her third cookbook in a series of books dedicated to the lives and kitchens of elderly matriarchs.
