Catherine Brereton is a writer and editor, based in London, UK. She has written and edited more than 150 books for children on a wide range of topics from art and archaeology to robots and space.

Jane McGuinness recently completed an MA in Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art. Having grown up in Scotland, wildlife and nature are a key focus in Jane’s work. In 2016, she was awarded the Sebastian Walker Prize for illustration.
