Gary Barlow was born in 1971. He is the lead singer and songwriter for Take That, the most successful British band since the Beatles. The band broke up in 1996 and since then Barlow has garnered further acclaim as a songwriter for artists such as Charlotte Church and Blue. Take That reunited in 2006 for a massive UK tour and to record a new album. Gary Barlow lives in London with his family. Richard Havers has written regularly for radio and TV and launched Turkey's first commercial radio station. His books with Bill Wyman have included Bill Wyman's Blues Odyssey (2001), which won the 'Handy Award for Literature', and Rolling With The Stones (2002), and the highly acclaimed Sinatra (2004)
