the orchid is a poetry collection highlighting the eternal truth that all humans, like orchids, are uniquely different and beautiful in their own way. It is the second of four books in the northern collection - a four part poetry journey to one's true north, with all books to be released by the end of 2020. Written and illustrated by Instagram poet and artist, Kamilla Toln , the orchid tells a tale of how humans, just like flowers, have the power and the potential to unfold and bloom. K. Tolnoe: - Kamilla Tolnü¾Ž†˜¼ (k.tolnoe) is a danish writer and poet. She is known for her way to express complex emotions with simple words and minimalistic drawings. Her unique way of painting the most extraordinary parts of the human experience with words have earned her a loyal following of more than 200,000 readers across the globe. Amongst them are celebrities such as Ariana Grande, Khloe Kardashian, Gigi Hadid and Paris Jackson, who have all featured her work on Instagram. the moon is her debut in english poetry. It will be followed by three more books before the end of 2020. Growing up amongst pine trees and snow flakes inspired her to name this collection after her place of origin.
