Thirteen-year-old Chase Griffin is in seventh grade, and his biggest passion in life is to write. His family is having some trouble with money so he decides to write a book. Then, a new girl comes along. Her name is Bailey, and she is really special. She comes from California, and her passion is drawing. As the two kids meet, they start changing each other s lives.
