The town of Silver Slopes was once a winter wonderland, offering all the activities a blanket of snow affords. Why would a winter village be deprived of a snowfall year after year? The villagers are hopeful, but the clouds above are determined to find the answer to that question. Fluff and Buff, the feathery clouds assigned to the sky above Silver Slopes, have two immediate problems: first, they long to be a part of a beautiful white snowfall, and secondly, they need to release the unwieldy and restless snowflakes they house. Afterall, it isn't natural to create snowflakes only to release them as raindrops. Fluff travels to the Castle of all Seasons, to meet with Mother Nature seeking answers and help.
