About Louise Blair

Louise Tyler is a fully trained home economist and recipe writer. Louise is consultant home economist for Diabetes UK, the charity for people with diabetes. This is the second cookbook she has written on diabetes. Norma McGough is a state registered dietician who was the nutritionalist for Diabetes UK for a number of years before becoming freelance. She still works for Diabetes UK as a nutrition consultant.
