Employment Law has been updated to include some of the more recent key cases including developments in the status of agency workers, health and safety issues, employer's vicarious liability, damages for wrongful dismissal and the wide-reaching effects within discrimination law of the House of Lords decision in MacDonald v Lord Advocate for Scotland (2003).
