Tony Mitton has written several picture books for Walker, including versions of the classic fairy tales Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Little Red Riding Hood. Harry Horse started writing children's books in 1983 and, a year later, was named Scottish Writer of the Year. In 1987 he became political cartoonist for Scotland on Sunday and has since continued in the same field with The Independent, The Observer and the New Yorker. His books include The Last Polar Bears, The Last Gold Diggers and A Friend for Little Bear. Married with a dog and a horse, he lives in Warwickshire.
